The project includes the definition of the interior design and restoration project of four typologies of houses (loft, residences, flat and penthouses), specifically though for the public objective which they are addressed. Here, we present you the interior design and restoration project made for the flats.
The interior design and restoration project that the team of the vilablanch studio has made for Casa Burés includes the projection of sixteen flats, from 120 and 170 meters squared. Located on the first, second and third floor of the majestic modernist building, the dwellings have a kitchen open to the living-dining room, a bedroom suite with bathroom, one or two additional bedrooms a second or courtesy bathroom and a laundry.
Sixteen architectonical jewels with high patrimonial value, that, by their own, are artworks. They all have paneling ceilings, magnificent hydraulic floors and sinuous frames. These elements have been recovered in order to potentiate the building’s singular value.
These amazing floors are spaces especially created for people in love with architecture and modernism, that value the beauty and the historical value of the original elements, which have been kept during the reformation of the building, for those who love the idea of living in the Eixample of Barcelona. Families, couples or single people with a high cultural level that live and enjoy the city, that want to live in a unique and exceptional place.
